What do you find most rewarding about working with clients in the AI-driven e-commerce space?

AI is incredibly exciting. 

We’re witnessing how AI is able to address some of the most persistent challenges in retail – issues that were often considered unsolvable because of scalability limits, resource constraints or their overall complexity! 

Retailers have faced challenges in optimizing their customer journey to meet rising customer expectations. Today, using AI-driven solutions, we’re able to make the shopping experience smarter and more intuitive – improving revenue, conversion and customer engagement. 

It’s an exciting shift, and I’m thrilled to be part of this transformation in the industry!

How do you communicate the value of “Wordless Search” to potential clients who may be new to visual AI?

The greatest thing about “Wordless Search” is the instant wow factor it creates when people see it in action. Everyone understands the challenge of defining keywords and tags to describe items, especially because everyone describes them differently. For retailers, the immediate benefit is clear: they can eliminate the need for manual product tagging, which is often a tedious process, freeing up valuable resources and allowing employees to focus on more impactful tasks. This also leads to a higher-quality search and discovery experience on their website.

From the consumer’s perspective, “Wordless Search” is seamless and intuitive, making their shopping journey feel more natural and enjoyable. Customers can visually search which improves their ability to find exactly what they’re looking for in less time.

It’s a no-brainer! Retailers reduce internal resource costs and boost revenue, while consumers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, finding what they need faster and with ease – making sure they come back time and time again!

What is the one thing that most people don’t understand about the future of e-commerce?

In the new era of e-commerce, AI has become essential for retailers to stay competitive and relevant. With consumers expecting more seamless and efficient shopping experiences, AI can help retailers deliver exactly that—by analyzing customer behavior, predicting trends, and optimizing everything from search to product recommendations in our case. AI-driven tools empower retailers to offer highly targeted promotions, streamline operations, and reduce manual tasks, giving them the agility to respond to changing customer needs in real-time.

To thrive and protect their market share, retailers need to embrace AI as part of their core strategy. Upgrading to AI-powered tools not only positions them to outperform competitors but also future-proofs their business against industry shifts. I like to think that I’m not just doing sales but I’m helping retailers find a solution to solve real challenges. My role brings together strategy and relationship-building in a way that’s both rewarding and constantly keeps me engaged. It’s exciting to help clients see their growth potential and work with them to create a plan that reaches their goals. This role takes empathy, resilience, and a bit of creative thinking, and I love knowing that I’m guiding clients toward solutions that make a real impact.

A fun fact about you

I love shopping online and often end up buying from the retailers I work with—they get a new solution and a new client! It’s a great way to discover fantastic brands or reconnect with ones I used to shop from but haven’t in a while. Plus, it keeps me up to date with new collections and styles. Needless to say, my favorite clients are the ones that ship worldwide! 🙈
