The role:

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our existing customer base while onboarding new ones. Collaborating with our adept Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you'll harness your sales expertise to expand our footprint and bolster our company's revenue trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the complete sales cycle: from identifying potential leads to closing deals.
  • Engage with leads, understanding their specific needs, and positioning our product as the best fit.
  • Build and fortify relationships, establishing trust and driving repeat business.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on targets and strategy.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM updates to capture all sales activity and customer insights accurately.
  • Provide vital feedback loops to our team, bringing forth market intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Be the torchbearer for our brand and solutions, possessing a profound understanding of our offerings to resonate with clients’ requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant domain.
  • Solid experience as an Account Executive, preferably within a B2B software or tech startup context.
  • Stellar communication skills, both in written and spoken formats.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Expertise in prioritizing tasks efficiently against aggressive timelines.
  • A robust work ethic, capable of both independent initiatives and team collaboration.
  • A voracious appetite for technology, startups, and a commitment to continuous learning.
