After our founders Heikki, Diana and Paul solved the sizing recommendation problem with their previous startup Fits.me, and sold it to Rakuten, they realized there’s a much bigger problem at play.
Online shoppers can’t find what they’re looking for 9 out of 10 times. Especially when it comes to visually complex products that are hard to describe using words and categories.
So in 2019, they founded Miros (then FIND.fashion). They started by gathering the brightest AI and ecommerce minds from companies like Rakuten, Zalando, Bolt, and by partnering with Europe’s top 1% computer vision AI research institution iCV Lab (research partly funded by European Union’s innovation programs).
In addition, Miros has official partnerships with SAP, NVIDIA and PwC, and is trusted by strong investors including Techstars, Tera, Day One Capital, Specialist and more.
Taking the lessons learned from the fashion space, Miros is bringing Wordless Search to new verticals like footwear, furniture, decor, stock images and more.
